Why work at BEZ

What do our employees say?

Layer 503

Štefan, Production Worker

I have been working at the company for over 3 years, plus 4 years during my school years. I like the working hours – I start at six in the morning, and by two in the afternoon, I’m already driving home. During high school, I took advantage of the dual education program at the company, and thanks to the great team, I decided to stay here.

Martin, Designer

I accepted the offer at BEZ TRANSFORMATORY because I was drawn to the opportunity to apply the knowledge I gained during my university studies in practice and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the energy sector. BEZ TRANSFORMATORY has a long-standing tradition and is a leader in transformer manufacturing, which gives me the chance to learn from the best and continue my professional growth. Additionally, thanks to the excellent accessibility to the company, I can avoid morning traffic jams, making my workday more efficient and improving my work-life balance.
