Piece tests are carried out in accordance with EN 60076-1, EN 60076-3, EN IEC 60076-11. Customer requirements for various other test procedures and conditions require an individual approach and discussion with the development team and the test laboratory. All measuring instruments have metrological continuity and are periodically calibrated. The test result is issued in the form of a test report, which is available to the customer before the transformer is shipped from our factory.
The type test serves to demonstrate that the transformers meet the prescribed requirements, which do not fall into the category of unit tests. A prototype transformer is considered to be representative of other transformers if it is manufactured according to the same drawings using the same technology and materials in the same factory. The type test is performed to verify and demonstrate the high quality of the transformer design and to confirm its technical performance according to the technical standards STN EN 60076-2, STN EN 60076-3, STN EN 60076-10, STN EN IEC 60076-11.
