I have been working at the company for over 3 years, plus 4 years during my school years. I like the working hours – I start at six in the morning, and by two in the afternoon, I’m already driving home. During high school, I took advantage of the dual education program at the company, and thanks to the great team, I decided to stay here.
I see the company primarily as a very good start in life, especially for young people who have goals. Our company cares about its employees and strives to help them in many ways, which is reflected in its professionalism. This is one of the additional reasons why I am happy to be part of the team here.
I work in basic assembly. Our team includes colleagues from various parts of Slovakia. We are a great group. For example, I am from the Levice district. The company provided me with accommodation, and that suits me well.
I chose BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY because of the interesting products. There isn’t a day when I don’t learn something new, whether from the company or the customers. At the same time, the wide variety of designs offers engaging discussions with customers.
I accepted the offer at BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY because I was drawn to the opportunity to apply the knowledge I gained during my university studies in practice and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the energy sector. BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY has a long-standing tradition and is a leader in transformer manufacturing, which gives me the chance to learn from the best and continue my professional growth. Additionally, thanks to the excellent accessibility to the company, I can avoid morning traffic jams, making my workday more efficient and improving my work-life balance.
